Who can refer someone?
Anyone. You don't have to be a past Sutton Roofing customer — neighbors, friends, family, and local realtors and property managers all qualify. The only people we can't pay are Sutton Roofing employees and their immediate family.
How much is the reward?
It depends on the size of the job — a full roof replacement is worth considerably more to us than a small repair, and the thank-you reflects that. We'd rather tell you the actual number than print a figure that's wrong for your situation, so call us at (512) 394-9801 and we'll tell you exactly what your referral is worth before you send anyone our way.
When do I get paid?
Within 30 days of the referred job being completed and paid in full. We'll reach out to arrange a check or a Visa gift card — your choice.
How many people can I refer?
As many as you like. There is no cap — every referral that turns into a completed job earns a reward.
Does an insurance or storm-damage claim count?
Yes. Storm work is some of the most common roofing we do in Central Texas, and a job paid through an insurance claim counts exactly the same as any other.
What if my friend contacts us directly instead of me submitting the form?
That's fine — it happens more often than not. Our estimate form asks new customers whether someone referred them, and they can name you there or just mention you on the phone. Either way you get credit. The one thing we can't do is credit a referral for someone who was already talking to us before your name came up.
What happens after I submit the form?
We reach out to your friend — usually the same business day — and offer a free, no-obligation roof inspection and estimate. There's no pressure on them and no obligation on you.
Program terms
- The referred customer must be a new contact — not an existing Sutton Roofing customer with active work, and not already in our system as a lead at the time you refer them.
- Credit is given either way: you submit the referral before they contact us, or they name you when they first get in touch with us. Whichever comes first.
- Rewards are paid after the referred job is completed and paid in full, within 30 days.
- The reward amount varies with the size and type of the completed job. We'll confirm what your referral is worth when you submit it, or ask us any time on (512) 394-9801.
- The referred property must be within our Central Texas service area.
- Sutton Roofing employees and their immediate family are not eligible.
We may change or end this program at any time. Referrals already submitted will be honored under the terms that applied when you sent them.
